How Chicagoland Water Filtration collects, uses, and protects the information you share.
When you submit a form, we collect the details that form asks for, which can include your name, phone number, email address, the suburb your home is in, ZIP code, water-source and concern selections, homeowner status, and timing preference. We also receive the page URL, submission timestamp, and UTM campaign parameters attached to your visit.
We use the information to respond to your request, confirm service availability, prepare a written scope, and follow up on the request you initiated. If your home is in one of the towns we serve, your request is handled through that town's site and process. If marketing analytics are enabled on this site, they measure page performance; they do not add fields to the form you submit.
Form submissions are delivered to our customer-relationship platform through a secure connection so the request can be assigned and followed up. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers act on our instructions and for our legitimate business purposes.
Submitting a form includes consent to calls and texts about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can reply STOP at any time to end text messages.
Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We keep lead records for the period needed to handle the request, follow up, and maintain business records. You can ask us to confirm what we have, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@chicagolandwaterfiltration.com.
